Request: I have more than one logins to a single application. (example: I have two logins for MOET or VLPC.)
Current Workaround: If you have an application where you have two usernames to access that application please request a secondary SOAP account. Once you have this, you will have an additional SOAP panel with the applications that use a second username. Please note: You will need to open your second SOAP panel in another browser or an in-private session for ease of access.
We hope to have an improved solution from the Azure team so check back for updates.27 votes
Allow more than one sign-on for MOET. Our company uses two different sign-ons due to separate PCN's.8 votes
All integrated MS sites must have same supportability on all browsers including Chrome. Incentive Reporting requires IE 9 and above.1 voteNot currently supported · AdminThe SOAP Team (Admin, Microsoft Single sign-On Access Panel (SOAP)) responded
Thank you for submitting this request. Unfortunately, some applications require Internet Explorer as you’ve detailed above, our team doesn’t have the ability to enforce these specific applications to be available on all browsers. If and when they become available in other browsers, you will then be able to take full advantage of them using browser of choice in SOAP.
If you have further concerns related to this topic, you can submit a CLT ticket for the specific applications.

Many users have a 1:1 relationship with their apps, but different MSA usernames. For example passport.com, Hotmail.com, live.com usernames. When this happens, the configuration fix is to open additional instances of the SOAP panel (in other browsers or in-private). You will need an additional instance for each additional MSA username. Then, you use the Apps associated with 1 ID in each browser. You may also want to submit CLTs to the tools involved to consolidate usernames. We are working on a more elegant solution for this scenario with the Azure team.4 votes
Currently, the eAgreements application works on an individual's computer and is not launched via the cloud. Since this is not yet a cloud based application, this is a barrier to connecting it with SOAP. We are working with the eAgreements team to look at creative solutions. Please vote on this idea if this app is important to your usage and adoption of SOAP.28 votes
For compliance reasons, it would be great to have a reporting feature for central company administrators which allows to see which users have access to which MS tools. This would be very helpful e.g. if someone leaves the company.4 votes
For net new employees, is there a way to set them up once with SSO and then have all the tiles use same credentials ? or is that future functionality ?6 votes
